Service Description
This essential first step is designed to assess your unique needs and determine if our services align with your wellness goals. The consultation ensures a tailored approach to your journey and is required before booking any additional wellness coaching, counseling or other offered services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Wellness Coaching Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available after a session or service has been provided. Refunds for pre-booked sessions are at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following additional terms apply: Cancellation Policy Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Package Validity All bulk session packages must be used within their specified validity periods (2 months for 3-session packages, 3 months for 5-session packages, and 6 months for 10-session packages). Unused sessions beyond the validity period will be forfeited without a refund. Special Considerations Exceptions to this policy may be made in the case of extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the wellness coach. By purchasing a session or package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
