Osei Daniels

Pastoral Counselor

Pastor Osei ('Ah-Say') Daniels was born and raised in Washington DC.  He attended both Takoma Academy Preparatory School (formerly known as John Nevins Andrews School), along with Takoma Academy.  He followed both his mom and dad to the prestigious Howard University,  where he earned an Engineering degree of a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. In 2021, God birthed a desire in Osei to write and during that time he completed his debut book called “Kindness Defined”, where he teaches us on how to say NO with a smile, that there is a difference between being NICE and being KIND, and how to experience the life changing power of KINDNESS. This book led to him feeling a deep need to learn how to work as an advocate for the integration of Mental Health and Christianity. Through commitment and God’s leading, thereafter he completed his Masters in Pastoral Counseling with an emphasis in Christian Life Coaching from Liberty University in Virginia.

Pastor Osei Daniels now serves Takoma Park Seventh Day Adventist Church as our Next Generation Pastor. He has been married to his beautiful and wise wife Antoné (“an-ton-nay”), where they have lovingly served together in ministry, serving children, youth, and young adults for 17 years. His passions are helping young people to increase their emotional intelligence, learn to establish clear yet kind boundaries, participate in small group discipleship, and helping young people to identify their LIFE’S MAGNET, which is their spiritual gift or gifts. Pastor Osei’s ultimate goal is to help infuse confidence, build character and give direction and purpose to young people which will empower them to become the solution to a problem in today's world God created them to be as they proactively wait for Jesus' return.
